1. Light weight and compact

This model has a dry weight of only approx. 74 kgs (163 lbs). The engine is
designed and developed exclusively used for this fire pump. Most of the
component parts of the engine and pump are made of anti-corrosive Aluminum-alloy
to lighten the weight and prolong the working life. With this weight and size
the fire pump can be easily carried by two firemen for fight fire immediately.



2. High power and reliable engine

This fire pump has high power and reliable air-cooled engine which is available
to use in a place at low temperature.



3. Highpump performance

This fire pump has a superior pumping performance in this class:

750 l(198 us gals)/min. at 0.5 MPa

450 l(119 us gals)/min. at 0.8 MPa

4. Immediate priming

A TOHATSU designed vacuum pump provides the level of performance indicated by
the following:

3.5 sec. At Hs = 1 m (Using 6 m suction hose)

4.0 sec. At Hs = 3 m (Using 6 m suction hose)

6.0 sec. At Hs = 6 m (Using 8 m suction hose)

This rotary vane type vacuum pump is able to lift water up to 9 meters (29.5
feet).



5. Centralized control

All gauges (pressure and vacuum), throttle dial control knobs and switches are
located at the control panel for easy operation.



6. Easy start ups

A tickler device makes it possible to start the engine at low temperature up to
-20°C. A choke valve with relief valve protect against flooding of the engine,
providing simple and reliable operation.



7. Stainless steel fuel tank

A stainless steel fuel tank protects fuel against corrosion, ensuring long
engine life.



8. Reliable electric starter and back-up recoil starter

An electric starter and back-up automatic recoil starter are installed to
guarantee starting the engine under any condition.



9. 180° rotating discharge port

The discharge port can be rotated freely through 180° allowing the direction of
the delivery hose to be changed without replacing the pump unit.



10. Standard accessories

The standard accessories include a floodlight projector to allow working at
night, battery charger to recharge the battery, and a tool kit for regular pump
maintenance and making standard adjustments.

11. Three starting methods

Electric starting, recoil starting and pull rope starting are all provided
making it possible to start the engine under any condition.



Notes:

(1)Hose connection: Throughout the world there are different types of hose
connection. We can supply some kinds of the adators. Please cunsult your local
dealer with regard to changing the thread at both the suction and discharge
ports to fit the local adaptors.

(2) Twin deliver model: It is also possible to supply a bifurcating adapter to
fit at the discharge port, but depends on the type of connection.
